Hi Everyone,
Well, I don't have a clue what's going on in the opiate and benzo market but everyone seems to be taking a break for the Christmas Holiday season. We sold down to our last pc on Friday and there was just one lonely 10 pack of percs staring up at Ben and myself from it's lonely position in our inventory. We told it not to worry, we'd get it some friends soon.
We did then manage to score one of our shipments that we had to drive a pretty long way to get but we're back with it now and later today I will be putting up a couple of listings. The percs and the valium for sure. For those customers who I had asked to pm me on 12/10 about some other items they did come in the shipment so you should pm me and reconfirm the qtys and do payments so we can get things shipped.
In other matters there is a lot of truly crazy and extremely high pricing going on, especially in our categories. And we at Pharmville are not immune from the realities of the marketplace or the price increases that all vendors are having to pay due to shortages. I even heard Obama telling Big Pharma to get off their butts and produce more opiates since they have hospitals that can't get enough drugs for their own patients. Weird! :o
So we have decided to take certain items that have had significant price increases and instead of raising prices we're just going to have what we call MVP or Maximum Value Pricing. That means that we're going to sell the product at one price for everybody. The one pc and the fifty pcs all get the same price. Now, should a person who buys 50 pcs get a better price than a guy who buys only one? Yes. Absolutely. But the market is not normal right now and we don't want to raise the prices on the small customers to the point that they're ridiculous so we're just leveling the playing field for everyone on certain items for the time being. That way nobody pays a ridiculously high price and everyone gets a fair price. That seemed better to us than the alternative.
We also weren't open last year so we didn't think too swiftly about the slowdowns that come with holiday mail. OUCH! So those really great old school oxys that we've been talking about will probably not be in stock in quantities significant enough to be able to list until near the end of Dec or maybe first week of January. We wish that wasn't the case, but it is. The good news is that our vendors are honorable men and we have a long term contract with them so even though literally dozens of people have come to them offering to pay DOUBLE what we're paying we've reached a very reasonable settlement with them for a "voluntary" price increase of a very modest amount and we've tacked that on and come up with our MVP pricing. It will be $35 for OC40 and $65 for OC80. It's more than we'd like to charge but way less than we could. If we wanted to maximize our profits we could list all those items on here for $1.25 a mg and they would get bought up in an instant. I noticed the vendor "vicodin" didn't have any trouble selling $34 roxis this week. (this is not a knock on "vicodin" I'm sure he paid an arm and a leg for them) For all of you that I told back in October that come Christmas you'd be happy to pay $30 for a roxi and you told me I was crazy well...it's happened. It's a reality now. We're keeping the price under a dollar a mg and we think we can keep it that way for the next 6 months and probably all of 2012. So you can look forward to higher, but not outrageous pricing from Pharmville. Other items are staying at their same prices. The M S Contin will still be even $10 and $20 when they are back in stock. You know, maybe our reluctance to raise prices is why we never make any money...hahaha! But we just think that we know every person that buys from us is working a job, making a paycheck and it takes a lot of that paycheck to buy these products. I doubt there's a whole lot (but maybe 2 or 3 among ours) of buyers who are millionaires so pretty much it's people who have budgets and families and bills to pay. And if they are daily users, this is already a significant enough portion of their earnings as it is. Everyone knows this, I am not transmitting new information here. So, in a world of crazy prices and with a limited number of options, this is the route we chose to take. We hope you agree with it and that in 6 months maybe things will be back to normal and we can do something I LOVE doing: lower prices! Every time I've been in this business that I've lowered prices I've made more profit than before. Every single time. So I really look forward to the day when the suppliers say "ok, I can give you a discount" and we can lower prices.
But let's not kid ourselves either folks: our valiums, our percs, our xanax if I can get some more, our klonopin...these are all fantastic deals in today's market. And we have no intention and no cause to raise prices on any of them, except possibly the xanax if we can't replace our vendor who has magically disappeared into thin air. POOF! Gone, gone, gone. He took $2300 of our money with him when he vanished so I kind of wish he would reappear again, but I seriously doubt that's going to happen. haha! :P I sent money in advance for a shipment of drugs and the vendor didn't ship and stole our money? That NEVER happens in this business does it? HAHA! I just wanted to let all of you that have been scammed here at SR know that even the big dog gets bit on the butt every once in a while. Sometimes those little nippers are just too fast to avoid. hehe ;) Oh well. What's done is done, right? The future's so bright I gotta...
And to all our regular customers: We're really sorry that we ran out of everything all at once. We HAD scheduled and planned and coordinated and done everything according to plan but as they say "if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans", well I guess he's chuckling a big old' belly laugh right about now. And I'm going to do something I've never done before: I'm begging our competition to please come back and share some of the load here. Mseller, chronicpain, MrDdro, heck even ole' envious if he's out there someplace (you don't even have to do escrow because everyone knows you're not a scammer, just show up with some product, please!) it's late and I know I'm forgetting some people but seriously, there is no f-ing way that we can satisfy the needs, much less the desires of now 111,000 buyers all over the world by ourselves. We're two guys with a van, we don't have UPS's central HQ stuffed to the gills with narcotics ready and waiting to be sent to your friendly neighborhood buyer. We just don't. So honestly and truly if there's someone out there who's got great connects to opiate vendors and has been considering becoming a seller on SR, I would say NOW is absolutely the best time to jump in the water. There's tons of orders waiting for you that we can't fill and you'll establish your own group of regular customers in no time. And there's 5 or 10 thousand new ones every month too!!! Aaaarrrgggghhh!!! Ok, that feels better.
I'm just fooling around folks. For those TL;DR people: some items will be sold at one price only so the little guy doesn't have to pay an outrageous price, our cheap stuff is still cheap, xanax might go up, we can't fill all the orders for 100,000 potential buyers.
And people: I don't think I need to tell even the newest newbie that a market like this is prime hunting season for scammers. Use that escrow system on new vendors like it was your life insurance and you were falling out of an airplane at that very second. Hmm...that's not a very good analogy. Ok, use it like it's a PARACHUTE and you're falling out of an airplane at that very second. That's better, right? :)
ESCROW ESCROW THY NAME IS ESCROW. Don't let the scammers get your money because not only do they get your money but THEY COME BACK because they got money before and they do it over and over and over. I wish someone here knew how to fry a computer backwards thru the Net and would do that to the scammers. Just melt that puppy right while they're typing on it. That would put an end to all this nonsense. But hey, on the bright side: the BTC is stable! :D Three cheers for the stable bitcoin. hip hip...ok, I won't go there.
Wow, this is kind of fun. Now I know why Mr. Ddro does it all the time. It's invigorating to just spew forth every thought that comes into your head. But I've droned on as long as I'm a gonna so Ben and I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and if you celebrate something else then we hope you have a great one of those! I do want to type Chappy Channukah and have a Kwazy Kwanzaa so badly though! I just don't want anyone else to feel left out. :)
OH, and we're taking the day off. Yes, you can write about your new orders and such and I might even do some pm answering but Ben is OFF today so he will NOT BE SHIPPING ANYTHING except the two things we promised yesterday that fix issues outstanding. :)
We have also had some security issues with overseas orders so we might well be going to a once a week overseas order system. So if we do please do not bitch about it because we're already investing a huge amount of time to make sure your shipment doesn't get nabbed by customs so pls just be grateful for that and think a week in advance. :) In fact, we ARE going to a once a week overseas order system as of Jan 1. So everyone has plenty of time to get ready for that. :) The shipping day will be WEDS and you will have to have your order in by midnight MONDAY. There are very good reasons for this but I can't divulge them publicly so you'll just have to trust me that this is a necessity and therefore will be done. And this will be a no b.s. deadline, don't send an order at 12:10 am and then send 35 "pretty please" pm's and force me to stop shipping overseas all together. Thank you.

Alex is right guys this is prime scamming season and yes even the big dogs get scammed at least once.
Keep your eyes open and your brain on scan for scams, try to stick to trusted vendors. The last thing you want is to get scammed out of your Christmas presents that you bought for yourself.
Everyone stay safe and support the professional vendors.
The OG80's look priced nicely and waiting for them and the Klonopins to arrive, calmly. :P

The price of Benzos on SR is out of control. Yeah i know market forces and all that. But hey why do i have to pay through the roof because some idiot is willing to pay $12 per xanax? That's my problem with the "market" as it stands.
I am glad we have you Pharmville. Honest and reliable vendors who sell at honest prices.
